Sea shells : a World apart
« I love the beauty of shells : their colours, their patterns, their form. For most people, these underwater treasures remain largely unknown. My creations lead people to discover these marine wonders. Every region possesses specific sea shells, which may be exploited in an artistic manner. What interests me is, on the one hand, to ally art with research into the discovery of shells and their associations, on the other hand to leave them in their natural state, attracting, seducing and even deceiving the eye with their aid.»
